Wholesale pricing is available to verified businesses only. To qualify, applicants must:

• Operate as a registered business (LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietor, etc.)

• Purchase products or services for resale, redistribution, or commercial use

• Complete and receive approval through our Wholesale Application

Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities, which may vary by product or material.

• Standard MOQ: 24 units per design

• Custom or specialty items may require higher MOQs

• Mixed designs may not qualify for wholesale pricing unless otherwise approved

• Pricing is volume-based and discounted from retail rates

• Pricing tiers increase with order quantity

• All pricing is confidential and intended solely for the approved wholesale partner

Wholesale pricing does not include:

• Design or setup fees (unless stated otherwise)

• Shipping and handling

• Taxes or duties (if applicable)

• Artwork must be provided in an approved vector format (AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF)

• Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork accuracy

• Proofs will be provided upon request; approval is required before production

• Changes after approval may result in additional fees or production delays

• First wholesale order requires full payment upfront

• Approved repeat partners may qualify for net terms (Net 15 / Net 30) with approved credit application. 

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, or approved invoicing

Orders will not enter production until payment is received.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale customer

• We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped

• White-label or blind shipping options may be available upon request

• All wholesale sales are final

• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

• Approved issues will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion

Normal variations in engraving depth, color, or material grain are not considered defects.

• Wholesale partners may resell engraved products under their own brand

• Our branding, logos, or business name may not be used without written consent

• Wholesale pricing may not be publicly advertised

• Standard production time: 7–14 business days after proof approval and payment

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee

• Turnaround times may vary based on order size, material availability, and production capacity
