Thank you for choosing Commercial Laser Services for your custom laser engraving needs. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales of custom laser-engraved items are final. This includes any product that has been tailored, engraved, or otherwise modified to your specifications. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Notification: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Sales@CLServices.info.

Proof of Damage: Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging it arrived in.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer one of the following options:

A replacement item at no additional cost.

A full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
3. Cancellations

Before Production: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided work has not begun on your custom item.

After Production: Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
4. Non-Custom Items
For non-custom products , returns and refunds may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Shipping Errors
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct product promptly.

6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item or confirmed the issue
