
How long will it take to receive my order?
Fast, friendly service is important to us. Your order will go through 3 steps before it gets to you.

STEP 1 - Artwork (1-3 business days)
As soon as your order comes in, it gets put in the queue to have one of our production artists look at it and/or create your art. That usually happens within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. If a proof is required, we will go back and forth with you until artwork is approved. How quickly we receive responses from you will dictate how quickly your order moves out of the artwork phase. If we determine a proof isn't required, it moves right along to step 2.

STEP 2 - Production (7-10 business days)
After we have the artwork approved, our production team converts it for printing/engraving and then creates your product. This will take between 7-10 business days depending on the size of the order.

STEP 3 - Shipping (2-6 business days)
If you're picking up your order at our Chesterfield location, it will be ready for pickup the morning after it is made. If we are shipping your order, we will ship with the most economical method, and this typically takes 1-6 business days to arrive. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING SPEED / TRANSIT TIME*. See below.

IF YOU NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING we need to know before you place your order so we can add the additional postage required for an expedited fee to your invoice. We can tell you typically how long an order takes to arrive when we have your zip code, but shipping hub issues have made shipping fairly unpredictable. Unless you pay for overnight or 2-day delivery, we will never guarantee a delivery date, just a ship-by date. To request expedited shipping, you MUST call us at 804.302.6587 and talk to a live person to verify we can accommodate the request - please don't just assume we can expedite, and don't leave a message.
